We print using professional printing equipment - we do not use rubber stamps! The ink is rich and opaque. This listing includes: sleeves, cups and lids: brown coffee sleeves, with your choice of designs shown or your own custom phrase, white paper cups and black plastic lids. Stir sticks are sold separately.

- 10 and 12 piece 12 ounce cup gift packs are packed into clear box as shown in last photo (cups, sleeves and lids in box)
WHAT WE NEED IN THE CHECKOUT NOTES:

- we can change the phrases on each line if you would like; just add the note in checkout
- any design notes that will help us generate a print proof
THE PROCESS:
- once you order, our design team will begin work
- you will receive an image of your production proof via Etsy Conversation
- any design changes must be addressed within 1 business day
- your order will be queued for printing
- design change requests which occur after this time will require additional design time and a new print date
PRODUCTION TIMES:
- standard processing time is 5-7 business days from the date production proof is provided
- if design changes are made, processing time is 5-7 days from final design approval
- rush production: select in checkout $40.00 for 3 business day production and Priority Mail shipping
- production times <3 business days are available; please inquire in advance of purchase to confirm availability
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:
- other ink colors for single-color printing (other than black): red, orange, blue, green, pink, navy, aqua, grey... $15.00 flat rate add (inquire or find listing in our shop and add to cart)
- custom graphic work (see our other listings or inquire via email)
- custom artwork to be used with our product must be supplied in black/white format; we prefer AI or EPS files, however a transparent PNG will work well. If supplying a JPG file, resolution must be 300PPI+; we cannot print protected artwork unless you have express permission to do so.
- in supplying artwork to us, you agree that you have been given permission to reproduce the image

We have made THOUSANDS of these and we have PERFECTED it. We have been personalizing disposable and reusable party supplies for quite some time and our impressions are made with care. We have made a custom jig to use for each order, and individually print each one with rich, opaque ink. We know you will love them!
