If you are selecting font combinations from our font chart, please indicate the information and font choice line-by-line, with capitalization, for example:

If you are using your own graphic, please attach a copy for us to review. We may require a different file format from you. We prefer a PDF version (Etsy will allow PDF attachment). If you do not have a PDF, please attach what you have and we can take a look. By attaching the artwork, you indicate that you have rights for printing the graphic on this custom product.
If you like the fonts used in any of our samples, please indicate "font shown in sample". Or, indicate other design notes in the check.
With any of these custom choices, you will receive a digital proof to approve prior to printing.

- we will create a text graphic for you OR use your custom artwork (EPS or AI preferred, PNG with transparent background or JPG at 300+ PPI)
- if a logo is needed and requires extensive design services, these will be quoted (most designs do not require additional design services)
- printed in permanent, black ink
- sleeves fit standard coffee cups, 12-20 ounce; we also offer 8 ounce sleeves and you must enter notes at checkout if you prefer sleeves to fit 8 ounce cups... if no note is made 12-20 ounce sleeve size will be shipped- including design, set up & die
- custom orders ship within 7 business days; standard phrases ship within 3 business days
- we offer express production and shipping if needed (please ask for a quote)
If there are any special instructions, please enter detailed notes regarding your request in the checkout notes with your purchase. Some special requests will result in a special die fee or an additional charge (multiple colors, etc.); if there is an additional charge, we will let you know when we get back to you.
Coffee sleeves are disposable, but can be re-used if kept clean and dry. We also offer coffee cups, lids, drink stirrers, napkins and coasters (please inquire).
We do offer international shipping for an additional charge; please contact us via Etsy conversation for a personalized quote.
