Due to difficulties in stocking napkins and extended processing times for materials, we are updating this listing. Foil napkin production takes about 3 weeks and some napkin colors are limited. We are happy to check at the time of order to let you know which colors and options are available.
We always have the option to print napkins with ink and our standard ink color is black. We have additional options for color (we have a separate color listing in the shop). Printed napkins are much faster due to the ability to process the printing plate in-house. This allows us to print quickly. Napkin colors are limited currently, however we do try to keep a good stock of white, cream, black, soft pink and soft blue. We are happy to check stock at the time of your order and confirm availability of colors.

Shown in foil; printed napkins are more readily available. Any design 3" diameter or smaller can be printed on the napkins and we can make a graphic for you!

THE LOOK:
Our most popular request is to match a graphic used to print one of our other items or to make a similar graphic that blends with the same style. Or if you are creative, you can select the fonts you love (from our chart or by name) and we can create the graphic for you. Have an idea but don't know how to explain it? THE PRODUCT:
This listing is for soft and pliable 3-ply 5" x 5" (when folded) napkins in your choice of napkin color and foil print (use charts for selections). Napkins are printed in the smooth area only (no printing on the textured edge), with a maximum imprint area of 3" x 3". Napkins can be printed square or in
a diagonal pattern (print runs in the point to point direction). Unless indicated in the checkout notes, we prepare proofs with a square format.
QUANTITY:
The following quantities are recommended by event planners:
•Cocktail napkins: 2 to 3 per person for appetizer or bar; 1 per person for the cake serving
•Lunch napkins: 1 to 2 per person; 1 per person for the cake serving
•Dinner napkins: 1 per person for a catered meal; 1.5 to 2 per person for buffet meal
SIZE:
This listing is for a 5" x 5" (when folded) cocktail napkin; other sizes are available.
COLORS:
Color charts are available in the listing; monitor colors will vary. For foil ink imprint, note that most are for "shiny" foil and the rest are for "matte" foil. Matte foil is more subtle, low luster and provides less of a contrast against the napkin texture.
THE PROCESS:
Please select the quantity needed and enter design notes in the checkout process. You may select from one of design templates, you may choose "match ordered product" or "design my own". If two graphics are required, please select the quantity to be printed for EACH design you choose. If you see a design in any of our shops just let us know (a screen shot is great) and we can do it.
GRAPHICS:
We provide print large-format proofs prior to production; it is important that we know your customization requirements as this helps us to generate the proofs. We will send print proofs within 48 hours and you will be able to see your design in a larger scale. All napkins will be printed with the same graphic. If you would like us to use your custom graphic, we will need to review the graphic prior to confirming your order. Artwork must be black and white (no gray scale). Please attach JPG or PDF (even better!!!) images to conversation in Etsy so that we can review the graphic and confirm its use. We prefer a PNG with transparent background, PDF or EPS file if possible; you may email the file(s) to paisleygreydesign@gmail.com with your Etsy username in the subject line. We can most often work with a high resolution JPG as well (300PPI or greater). By attaching a graphic for our review and use, you agree that you have not violated any licensing and have full permission to use the graphic submitted.
PRODUCTION:
Napkin pricing includes: design, print proof, custom plate, set-up, printing and shipping. Allow three weeks from design approval to shipment. You can help keep the process on track by responding quickly to emails and letting us know whether any changes are needed. PLEASE REVIEW PRINT PROOFS VERY CAREFULLY. We strive to create accurate graphics, but we need your help in making sure all spelling is correct, dates and years are correct and there are not missing elements from your design. Once you approve a graphic based on the print proof, we will go to production. At this time, we cannot make additional changes. Due to the nature of the custom product, it cannot be sold to another customer and therefore it cannot be canceled or returned. Please review print proofs very carefully to ensure everything is perfect prior to approval.
LEAD TIME:
Foil napkin print orders are ready to ship within 3 weeks of design approval. Expedited production is available for a surcharge; please inquire for your personalized quote.
